Tras el ballottage de las elecciones del 7 de julio, en Francia va a ser muy difícil formar un gobierno que no incluya a Jean-Luc Mélenchon, líder de la extrema izquierda del país. Otro cantar es si este personaje lo preside. Eso es muy improbable. No fue propiamente él quien ganó las elecciones, sino el Nuevo Frente Popular, una coalición de cinco partidos, muy fragmentada e incluso enfrentada entre sí. Su nombre es un homenaje al Frente Popular que llegó al poder en 1936. No olvidemos que ese intento duró poco.
